The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-equipped and clean. The service staff are welcoming and efficient and friendly whether checking in or answering questions. In addition, the location of the room is also very ideal, with convenient transportation and a quiet and pleasant surrounding environment. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended

I have never encountered such a front desk clerk. She was very annoying and needed to issue an invoice. I sent them a message on WeChat and ignored them. Then I called the front desk. She said she wanted to open it on Ctrip, so she hung up the phone and stayed elsewhere. Hotel orders are placed on Ctrip, and the hotel can issue invoices directly. Having said that, this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, so I really can't understand how to treat repeat guests with such service. The service is really bad, I really don’t recommend it.
